I solve operational problems by designing systems.
Most of the time I am brought in when something important does not scale yet, does not connect properly, or still depends too much on manual work. I work a bit like a forward-deployed engineer: step into a messy problem, understand the constraints, connect the right pieces, and build the solution that makes the problem tractable.
I do not see my work as "just shipping features". I see it as enabling a company to operate with more clarity, more leverage, and more efficiency.
What I do
I work at the intersection of product, operations, knowledge systems, automation, AI, and content infrastructure.
In practice, that means taking a business or operational problem, breaking it down, and turning it into a system people can actually use - a workflow, a tool, a knowledge base, or an orchestration layer between support, content, product, and AI.
Day job
Scaling Ops / founding engineer at Waltio, a European crypto-tax product used by 200k+ users. My focus is the operational foundations that let a small team scale without scaling headcount: automation, internal tools, AI-assisted workflows, and systems that turn regulatory complexity into leverage.
Build in public
This site is where I write in the open - notes on systems, judgment, and the long game. Alongside Waltio, I build and ship personal products and infrastructure: content systems, tooling, experiments. The point is not vanity shipping. It is compounding judgment by building, measuring, and writing about what actually works.
